DESIGN ACADEMY FAQs

  • What’s included in the logo packages?
    The following file formats will be provided: PNG, all-white PNG, all-black PNG, and JPG. Additionally, you will receive a brand board featuring hex color codes, submark, alternate file, and font names. This is a TEXT BASED design, no images are included. PNG Example Use: This is your standard logo file, ideal for most digital and print applications, such as your website, social media profiles, and marketing materials. The PNG format supports transparency, making it versatile for various backgrounds. All-White PNG Example Use: Use this file for applications where the logo needs to be placed on dark or colored backgrounds, such as business cards or banners where a white logo provides better contrast and visibility. All-Black PNG Example Use: This file is suitable for use on light backgrounds or where a monochromatic logo is desired, such as letterheads, envelopes, or any design that requires a strong, high-contrast logo. JPG Example Use: This format is best for general use where transparency is not required, such as in printed documents, presentations, or on websites where a solid background works best. Brand Board Includes: Hex color codes, submark, alternate file, and font names. Example Use: The brand board provides a comprehensive overview of your brand’s visual identity, including color codes for consistency across all media, the submark for secondary branding, alternate file formats for various uses, and font names for maintaining brand coherence in all communications and designs.
  • What is the Turn Around time?
    Logo designs are completed within 10-14 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include revision time. Revisions are 4 business days. For expedited service with a 3-business-day turnaround, kindly email graphics@jaylinbolden.co.
  • After Purchasing Your Logo Design?
    1) After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number. 2) Please submit your logo inspiration to GRAPHICS@JAYLINBOLDEN.CO with the subject line including your order number. Additionally, email us a color palette with the specific shades you prefer. You can use Pinterest to find suitable color palettes. For fonts, please select options from Envato Elements or DaFont and include your choices in your submission. 3) Our team will contact you once your draft is complete or if we have any additional questions. You will not receive further communication until the 10-14 business day period has elapsed. Please expect an email within this timeframe.

DESIGN ACADEMY INFORMATION

Enroll in the Course:

  • Make sure you have Photoshop Installed

  • Pay the course deposit of $150 to secure your spot.

  • Join the course group chat to connect with fellow participants.

Complete Payment:

  • Pay the remaining balance before the course starts. You’ll have plenty of time to settle it.

  • The total fee for the course is $500, with a $150 deposit

Prepare for the Course:

  • Please mark the course start dates on your calendar to ensure you are well-prepared.

  • The sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 8:30 PM EST.

  • Make sure you are ready to engage by having your laptop charged and sufficient storage space available on your computer.
